Storm and hail damage roof repair

Spring thunderstorms, summer hail and the odd tropical system all hit North Carolina roofs. After a storm we inspect the roof, show you what we find and fix it before the water does more damage.

Signs your roof took storm damage

  • Shingles missing or lying in the yard
  • Dents in gutters, vents or the metal flashing
  • Bruised or cracked shingles with granules washed into the gutters
  • Lifted shingle edges after high wind
  • New stains on ceilings or in the attic

Hail damage is hard to see from the ground. If your neighbors are getting inspections, yours is worth checking too.

What we show you

We get on the roof, photograph the damage and walk you through the photos. You'll know what needs repairing, what needs replacing and what it costs before any work starts.

Stop the water first

If a storm has opened up your roof, call us. We'll cover the damaged area so rain doesn't keep getting in until the repair is done.

Be careful with storm chasers

After big storms, out-of-town crews knock on doors across North Carolina. Before you sign anything, check that the company is local and will still answer the phone next year.

Can you cover my roof after a storm?Yes. Call (336) 221-4121 and we'll cover the damaged area to keep water out until the repair is done.
